Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Air21 with tracking numer. We also deliver via our own Couriers in Metro Manila. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We charge a flat fee of 60 pesos for all deliveries. This is both for deliveries in Metro Manila and all Provincial areas.

You can pick up your order the following day at our warehouse or office without handling charges. You must confirm this when you order, so we can have your items ready. Please notice our office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Should you have any problem with products purchased from us then you must immediately inform the Courier and give us a call or send us an email at cs@halohalogifts.com within 24 hours after receiving the order, so that we can have a replace prepared. We only accept returns of products with manufacturing defects. Wear and tear by using a product is not valid. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
